Terms of Use

Whoever opens, quotes or links to a page of gamblingkingz.com does so under the clauses below. The publisher is Hibiscora Content N.V., Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao, email [email protected]; below it is called “we”. Readers who disagree with the clauses should stop using the site. This wording took effect on 22 October 2026.

In short.

  • Gamble only once you are of age where you live (19; 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec).
  • We describe operators; their own rulebook beats our summary every time.
  • A fair share of outbound links earn us a fee.
  • We give no legal, tax or money advice.

1. What GamblingKingz offers

The site carries guides, operator profiles and news on sportsbooks, casino games and the business around them, written with Canadian readers in mind. It is free and asks for no registration. Wagers, balances and sales do not exist on this domain, and nothing published here invites anyone to place a bet.

2. Who the site is for

We write for grown-ups allowed to gamble under the rules of their own province. Which operators can legally take your business turns on your location: in Ontario, private brands registered by the AGCO and signed up with iGaming Ontario; in Alberta, the market the AGLC oversees; in every other province, its own crown lottery body. Confirming this before you sign up anywhere is down to you.

3. Reading our numbers

Welcome offers, playthrough multiples, cashier limits, payout times and game counts are lifted from operator pages as of the date we show, and the operator can change any of them overnight. Our scores and the order of our lists mix editorial judgement with commercial deals; they certify nothing. If our wording and an operator’s rulebook differ, the rulebook decides what happens on your account. More on this under limits of this guide.

4. Operator links

Plenty of our outbound links are affiliate links, meaning the operator can pay us once a visitor we sent signs up or deposits — explained in how we get paid. After you click away, any dealings you have are between you and the operator, on its rules and under its privacy notice. GamblingKingz stays outside that relationship and cannot referee a quarrel arising from it.

5. What you may do with our pages

Read them, print them, pass a link along, and quote a sentence or two as long as you credit GamblingKingz and link the page you took it from — all for private, non-commercial ends. Copying full articles, scraping with bots, embedding our pages in frames and probing our servers are not allowed.

6. Who owns what

Copy, design, images and code made for GamblingKingz are the property of the publisher or of whoever licensed them to us. Trademarks of operators and studios, logos included, stay their owners’ property; we display them purely as labels for the product under discussion.

7. Our liability

Pages are written in good faith, yet we cannot promise any of them is complete, up to date or correct. Within whatever limits the law sets, GamblingKingz accepts no blame for money lost by acting on our pages, by playing with an operator we cover, or from material on sites we link to. Where your provincial consumer law forbids a limitation of this kind, that law prevails.

8. Corrections and complaints

Email [email protected]: paste the page link and quote the sentence that looks wrong. Trouble with your account, a withdrawal or a promo belongs with the operator, and after that with its licensing body.

9. Personal data

Our privacy policy covers the data we handle and the cookies the site places.

10. Revisions and applicable law

These clauses may be revised at any time; the date up top marks the wording now in force. Curaçao law governs them, but any protection your province makes compulsory keeps protecting you.

Checked and kept current by the GamblingKingz desk

Last checked

  • the licence an operator names, and its entry in the iGaming Ontario register when it has one
  • every offer against the terms the operator itself publishes
  • the cashier page for the methods, limits and fees it lists
  • provincial rules against the regulator’s own pages

A figure we cannot point at a source for does not go on the page, and the number out of ten beside a shortlist row is a position marker for that table — see how we rate. We do not hold player accounts, take deposits or pay out winnings.

Betting should stay a game

GamblingKingz is a Canadian casino and betting guide. We are not an operator and we take no bets. Every site here is checked for three things: whether it is registered with AGCO and iGaming Ontario or holds only an offshore licence, whether it keeps balances in Canadian dollars and pays out through Interac, iDebit, Instadebit or a Canadian bank, and whether the bonus it advertises has terms a player can actually read. Links to operators are commercial and can move brands up or down our table; where a brand has no verified Canadian bonus figure we leave the row out rather than convert a euro package into dollars. Ontario-registered sites are not allowed to publish welcome offers to Ontario players, so the figures shown for those brands are the rest-of-Canada offer. Bonus terms, limits and payout times change — read the operator's own terms before you deposit.

Canada licenses gambling province by province, not federally. Ontario has run an open market since 4 April 2022: an operator registers with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and signs an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO) — 48 operators and 82 sites were on the register as of 22 July 2026. Alberta opened second, on 13 July 2026, under the iGaming Alberta Act, with AGLC as the regulator. Every other province runs its own operator instead — PlayNow in British Columbia, Loto-Québec, Atlantic Lottery, PlayAlberta — and issues no private online licences, so residents elsewhere play on offshore sites, which is not an offence for the player. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, inside Quebec, has licensed offshore operators since 1999. Recreational winnings are not taxable in Canada; playing professionally is the exception.
