Privacy and Cookies

This page sets out which personal information passes through gamblingkingz.com and what control you keep over it. The data controller, meaning the organisation answerable for that information, is Hibiscora Content N.V., Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Willemstad, Curaçao, contactable at [email protected]. Wording dated 22 October 2026.

Collected automatically

Every time a page loads, our server notes in its access log the visitor’s IP address, the time, which URL was fetched, where the click came from and the browser’s self-reported name and version. The hosting provider keeps those lines to run the service and fend off abuse. The site also places cookies, listed in the next section. You will not find Google Analytics, a tag manager, an ad pixel or a session-replay script anywhere on GamblingKingz.

Cookies

These cookies are set on gamblingkingz.com itself:

Separately, dismissing the cookie banner saves a gkz-ck value in local storage, which keeps the banner away; that value never leaves your device. You can delete or block cookies and stored site data from your browser at any moment; GamblingKingz keeps working, though an operator may then fail to see that we referred you.

What you type and send us

Information you write yourself reaches us three ways: an email to our mailbox, the feedback form at the bottom of the contact page (name, email, message), and the newsletter field on the home page (email alone). fortunida.com runs both forms on our behalf and handles the entries strictly as we instruct. A message is used to reply to you and held while we correspond and for a reasonable stretch after; a newsletter address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for erasure. None of it is sold, rented or handed to operators or advertisers.

Clicking out to an operator

A /go/ link forwards you, carrying a referral ID, to the brand, sometimes by way of its affiliate platform. Their privacy notice takes over from that point. What comes back to us is totals of sign-ups and deposits, enough to work out our fee; your name, account and payment details stay with them.

Why we process it, and on what basis

The purposes are running and securing the site, measuring traffic and referral earnings, replying to messages and sending the newsletter you subscribed to. Where consent is needed, as with the newsletter, consent is our basis and can be withdrawn whenever you like. Everything else rests on the reasonable needs of running a publication, consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and, for Quebec residents, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Storage outside Canada

The companies that host the site, run the forms and carry our email may keep data abroad, including in the European Union and the United States, where local authorities may be able to reach it under local law. We pick providers that undertake to protect it properly.

What you can ask for

Ask us which of your personal information we hold, get it fixed if it is wrong, take back a consent, or have it erased once we have no further need for it. Write to [email protected] and expect an answer within 30 days. If our answer leaves you unhappy, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada will hear a complaint, and so will the Commission d’accès à l’information for Quebec residents.

Minors

GamblingKingz is written for people old enough to gamble. Information from anyone younger than 19, or younger than 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, is not something we set out to gather, and if it reaches us by accident we erase it.

Updates

Any change to this policy comes with a new date in its opening paragraph. Related: limits of this guide, how we get paid, site terms.

Checked and kept current by the GamblingKingz desk

Last checked

  • the licence an operator names, and its entry in the iGaming Ontario register when it has one
  • every offer against the terms the operator itself publishes
  • the cashier page for the methods, limits and fees it lists
  • provincial rules against the regulator’s own pages

A figure we cannot point at a source for does not go on the page, and the number out of ten beside a shortlist row is a position marker for that table — see how we rate. We do not hold player accounts, take deposits or pay out winnings.

Betting should stay a game

GamblingKingz is a Canadian casino and betting guide. We are not an operator and we take no bets. Every site here is checked for three things: whether it is registered with AGCO and iGaming Ontario or holds only an offshore licence, whether it keeps balances in Canadian dollars and pays out through Interac, iDebit, Instadebit or a Canadian bank, and whether the bonus it advertises has terms a player can actually read. Links to operators are commercial and can move brands up or down our table; where a brand has no verified Canadian bonus figure we leave the row out rather than convert a euro package into dollars. Ontario-registered sites are not allowed to publish welcome offers to Ontario players, so the figures shown for those brands are the rest-of-Canada offer. Bonus terms, limits and payout times change — read the operator's own terms before you deposit.

Canada licenses gambling province by province, not federally. Ontario has run an open market since 4 April 2022: an operator registers with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and signs an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO) — 48 operators and 82 sites were on the register as of 22 July 2026. Alberta opened second, on 13 July 2026, under the iGaming Alberta Act, with AGLC as the regulator. Every other province runs its own operator instead — PlayNow in British Columbia, Loto-Québec, Atlantic Lottery, PlayAlberta — and issues no private online licences, so residents elsewhere play on offshore sites, which is not an offence for the player. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, inside Quebec, has licensed offshore operators since 1999. Recreational winnings are not taxable in Canada; playing professionally is the exception.
