Royal Pregnancy Rumours Spark Betting Frenzy

Is Kate Middleton pregnant? That's the question on everybody's lips as the Duchess sparked rumours on a visit with her young husband in Denmark, which is why Irish sportsbook and casino site Paddy Power is offering royal pregnancy betting odds.
